Great products but poor communication. |

I ordered some brass head breathers for my sporty which look fantastic and are of beautiful quality but in the lead up to receiving them I was charged again a few days after initially paying for them, I emailed to get some help and heard nothing... I emailed a few days later and still received no response, being an overseas purchase this made me pretty anxious.
The money appeared in my account a week later but all transaction history was gone on my statement, I then received an automated email asking for feedback so here we are.
I love the breather bolts, I can’t stress enough that the products they’re supplying are amazing from what I’ve seen and I’m so happy that everything was sorted but a bit of communication would have been appreciated and put my mind at ease. I can’t say if Bison would be my first choice for my next parts order because of the lack of service.
